Terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to the trgovinaika.si online store, user rights, and the business relationship between the Provider and the Buyer. By making any transaction on this website, the Buyer agrees that he is familiar with the general terms and conditions and has consented to them without reservation. The general terms and conditions of the trgovinaika.si online store have been prepared in line with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-OCT2), based on recommendations of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and the international policy for e-commerce. The Provider at the online store trgovinaika.si is Trgovina IKA, d.o.o., Ciril – Metodov trg 13, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, Europe, registration number: 6761283000, VAT number: SI54449847 (taxable company). The Buyer is any person that places an order and receives confirmation of the order from the Provider. The Provider is committed to continually safeguarding Users’ personal information. The Provider shall use personal information solely to fill orders (send information, offers, and invoices) and for necessary communication. User information shall not be given to unauthorized persons under any circumstances.
The customer can choose between the following payment methods
- A payment by pro-forma invoice
- PayPal money-transfer system
The data which is submitted by the user via forms found at the web pages trgovinaika.si or via any other way (by e-mail, telephone etc.) are confidential and are treated in concordance with the valid Slovene legislation. We will protect the personal data and prevent their misuse. The personal data will be used only for the purposes approved by the user. The user himself is also responsible for the safety of personal data by making sure that his user name and password are safe.
- Delivery of the ordered goods from the online store is also possible in most countries around the world.
- The shipping rate for different countries is based on weight and is calculated at the checkout.
- International Delivery time for items in stock is usually 3-10 days.
- The delivery period may be longer in countries with customs administration.
- If the goods you ordered are out of stock, a delivery period will be mutually agreed.
The buyer has the right to resign from the contract with trgovinaika.si in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods, namely on e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Please fill the return form and attach it to email. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, quantitatively unchanged and in the original packaging. It is also obligatory to add a copy of the original bill to the return. After that the buyer must return the goods to the company within 14 days after the written notification on the following address: Trgovina IKA, d.o.o., Ciril – Metodov trg 13, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, Europe. Please attach your filled return form. The buyer covers the costs of return of goods. Trgovina IKA returns the entire purchase price instantly after the receipt of returned goods in the original method of payment.
- When you click the VIEW CART button, you can change any of the quantities of the products selected and then also click the “Update quantities” button.
- An order can be placed as a registered user or a guest.
- The history and order status can be monitored at any time for registered costumers under “My Account”.
- All the information about the order is also sent to your email address.
1. YOUR ORDER IS WAITING
After placing your order, you receive an email with your order details. You can always check the status and content of your order under the tab “My account” on our website.
2. YOUR ORDER IS BEING PROCESSED
Your order is further processed and it gets the status: „in the processing“. We will check the availability of products and will either confirm or deny the order with a reason. We are doing everything to update all the products in stock at our online shop. Despite we are doing our best, there is a possibility of mistakes, because of the uniqueness of our products. Besides that, we have two physical shops and it is also possible the same product is bought at the same time. For all these reasons it can happen that our products is unavailable. In this case we will try our best to provide the availability of product. If we will not be able to provide it, we will to refund the purchase money.
3. YOUR ORDER IS FINISHED
We dispatch the product after we receive payment through pro forma invoice. You are informed about your dispatched product by an email. When the product is dispatched, the order gets the status „finished“. Your receipt is included in your parcel.
Complaints and disputes
The service provider adheres to the applicable laws on consumer protection. Complaints, comments, claims and statements can be emailed by users to email@example.com, by phone on +386 1 232 17 43 or by regular post to Trgovina IKA, Ciril-Metodov trg 13, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, Europe
The service provider will confirm receipt of the complaint within five business days at the latest, notify the customer of how long it will take to process the complaint, and keep the customer continuously informed about the course of the complaint procedure. The service provider will strive to the best of its ability to ensure that all disputes are resolved amicably.
